Norma Lucille Henderson Stroud

Norma Lucille Henderson Stroud, 95, went home to be with her Lord on September 6, 2019 at her home. Born on November 26, 1923 in Iredell County, she was the daughter to the late Jesse Franklin and Nora Hester Rash Henderson. Lucille graduated from Harmony High School. She loved going to the beach and was the co-owner of Bud's Oil Company in Harmony. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Stroud, four sisters, and five brothers. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Carroll Snead; former daughter- in-law, Joann Snead; granddaughter, Vanessa (Chuck) Denny; great-grandson, Carson Denny, special niece, Wanda Furches and many other loving family members. Also, left to cherish her memory is special caregiver, Kathy Gandy. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2pm at Holly Springs Baptist Church in Harmony with Rev. Cliff Gwaltney and Rev. Bobby Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Lucille will lie in state thirty...
