Bettie Jean Haven

Mrs. Bettie Jean Champion Haven, 66, of Thomasville passed away July 21, 2020 at Hospice of Davidson County. The daughter of the late Lenno and Bessie Thaxton Champion, Bettie was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was very family oriented and enjoyed watching westerns, crocheting, and going fishing. In addition to her parents, Bettie is predeceased by her brother Walter Lenno Champion. She is survived by her husband Robert Charlie Chuck Haven, daughters Lori Salisbury and her spouse Valencia of Salisbury, Rebecca Haven of Lexington, Robin Smith of Lawndale, sons Jerry (Marchia) and Gary Haven (both of Thomasville), sisters Floranda Cline of Mt. Airy and Lynda Craig (Harrison) of Trinity, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
