Connie Gugliaro

Connie Gugliaro, 91, of Statesville, formerly of Staten Island/ Brooklyn, NY died Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was retired from NYC School Bus Escort who enjoyed her bi-yearly visits to Statesville, so much she moved here in 2009; for the last year and a half, she was living at Statesville Place. She is survived by three children, Barbara Nilsson, Gary Gugliaro (Kathy) of Staten Island, NY and Paul Josefowitz (Sandy) of Boynton Beach, FL; six grandchildren, Zach Nilsson, Jen Gugliaro, Kim Gugliaro, Nick Gugliaro, Kim Wieder (Howard), Christopher Josef (Stacy) and two great grandchildren, Matthew Wieder and Alexandra Wieder. Memorial services will be held 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 17, 2014 in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Nicholson Funeral Home is serving the family.
