Dorothy Cecil Jones

Dorothy Cecil Jones, 76, of Statesville, passed away, Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Gordon Hospice House.



Mrs. Jones was born January 6, 1942 in Thomasville, NC and was the daughter of the late Wm Odell Boles and Dorothy Surratt Boles. She is survived by two beloved children; Anita Cecil Bradshaw, Jennifer Cecil Fagan (Paul), beloved grandchildren, Bay Ford Bradshaw, Caroline Grace Fagan, Campbell Noel Fagan, one sister and three brothers.



A private family graveside service will be held at New Salem United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gordon Hospice House or to New Salem UMC.



Nicholson Funeral Home is serving the family.
