Edwin Phillip Seefeldt

Mr. Edwin Phillip Seefeldt, 79, of Cleveland, NC passed away, Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, NC.







Mr. Seefeldt was born September 8, 1938 in Woodstock, IL and was the son of the late Philip Gordon and Geraldine Clark Seefeldt. He attended schools in Grayslake, IL and served in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed playing guitar and was in many country bands. He was a real "MacGyver" and could fix or build anything from lawn mowers to model airplanes. He loved his little dog Piper and she will miss him dearly.







He is survived by three daughters, Rita (Seefeldt) Dill of Janesville, WI, Janna Seefeldt of Beloit, WI, Mary Kate Seefeldt of Janesville, WI; one son, Paul Seefeldt of Beloit, WI; and grandchildren, Spencer, Philip, Lucas and Katherine Two sisters, Marjorie Greetham of Virginia Beach, VA and Mary Ann (Charles) Laughbaum of Virginia Beach, VA.







He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Seefeldt and granddaughters Sydney (Janna) and Jamie (Paul)







A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Old Providence Presbyterian Church.
