Mrs. Gracie Josephine Tucker Stroud, 83, of Statesville, died Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Yadkin County on August 21, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Noah William Tucker and Mary Elizabeth Tucker.
She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church and retired from food service management.
She is survived by a sister, Sharron Parish, a nephew, Matthew Parish and a special family friend, Pam Stroud.
Services celebrating her life will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with Pastor Chris Fitzgerald officiating.
