James Dalton Amick

Mr. James Dalton Amick, 76 of Oak Ridge, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Known for his faithfulness and servants heart, he was a wonderful example of Christ love, first to his wife, Helen, his community and for his church, Oak Level Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Edith Amick. Surviving family members are his wife, Helen Malloy Amick; step-daughter, Crystal, her husband Josh McDade; grandchildren, Deion, Jeramy, Alyssia Brianna Hicks, Kylie Landen McDade; sisters, Daisy Robert Wall of Summerfield, Mary G. Amick of Greensboro, Kay Lee of Greensboro; niece Debbie Amick; nephews, Phillip Smith, Andrew & Charles Lee and his beloved cat, Miss Kitty. A memorial service for Mr. Amick will be at 2 pm, Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Oak Level Baptist Church, Stokesdale, NC.
