Maryanne Santangelo Faraci

Maryanne Santangelo Faraci, 72 of Hiddenite, died Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

She was born on May 15, 1950, to the late Charles Santangelo and Frances Larocca Santangelo. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Faraci, and a brother, Gary Santangelo.

As Maryanne's health declined, she was not able to get out as much as she would have liked. As a result, she loved to watch television. She enjoyed a good mystery which led her to shows such as NCIS, Blue Bloods and MacGyver. She also enjoyed HGTV and Hallmark movies. More than anything, she loved her family and spending time with them.

Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Joseph Faraci and Phillip Faraci (Shari Grossman), and two granddaughters, Angelina and Ariana, and step-grandsons, Danny and Jake, a niece, Dana and her sons, Tommy and Vincent, nephew, Charlie, and sister-in-law, Marilyn.
