Mr James Gregory Johnson

James (Fish) Gregory Johnson, 59, died November 15, 2020. Born in Portsmouth, Ohio on September 29, 1961, he was a son of the late James H. Johnson and Helen Kay Horsley. He was disability retired from J.C. Penny Company and served in the U. S. Army.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, music, Karaoke, coaching his girls in softball and was a Dale Earnhart fan. He was a true outdoorsman.

Survivors include two daughters, Stacey McHargue (Danny) and Kelli Johnson (Shane Plemmons), brothers, Tim, Joe and Bob Johnson, sisters, Rhonda Mays and Kathy Porter and a grandchild, Allie McHargue. Also surviving is the mother of his children, Vickie Moose.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the National Cemetery in Salisbury with military rites.
