Mrs. Cathy Ann Sipprell

Cathy Ann Sipprell, 38, of Statesville, died February 19, 2021. Born in Iredell County on March 18, 1982, she was a daughter of the late Paul Middleton and Emily B. Johnson (James) of Durham. Cathy enjoyed singing, reading, hiking, the beach and was a very bright person.

Survivors include her husband, Ezekiel, a son, Ian Sipprell, a daughter, Emily Sipprell, and three sisters, Amy Kapral, Megan Pender and Teresa Ruvinsky. Also surviving is a step brother, Todd Johnson.

Services celebrating Cathy Ann's life will be conducted at 2 :00 Sunday February 28, 2021 at Fifth Creek Presbyterian Church with Rev. Bill Bates and Rev. John Milholland officiating. The family request all in attendance wear a mask.

Burial will be private.
