Jean Keiser passed away unexpectedly January 13, 2021. She made an impression on everyone she met. She was a mother, grandmother, friend and devoted feline rescuer. She will be missed. There will be no services at this time. Memorial donations may be sent to Paws & Claws Feline Rescue , P.O. Box 5221, Statesville, N.C. 28687.
