Mrs. Rachel Laymon

Rachel Laymon, 88, of Statesville NC, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022.



Mrs. Laymon was born September 26, 1934, to Mr. Ruben Johnson and Mrs. Maggie Johnson. Rachel was hairdresser for many years. She took a brief hiatus to raise her daughter before returning to hairdressing. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time doting over her dog Ollie.



Rachel is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joe Laymon.



She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Feimster (Eric)of Statesville, NC; brother, Robert Johnson, of Orlando, FL; sister, Dorothy Shew, of Statesville, NC. Cemetery Details
