Nadine Irene Rogers

Nadine Irene Rogers, born on November 21, 1955, in Iredell County, NC, passed away peacefully from natural causes on January 31, 2026, at the age of 70. Her final moments were spent at Iredell Memorial Hospital, where she passed away.

Nadine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who knew her. For many years, she worked diligently at Food Lion and Goodwill, where her friendly demeanor and dedication left a lasting impression on both colleagues and customers alike. In her spare time, Nadine found joy in life's simpler pleasures. She enjoyed watching TV and was an avid NASCAR enthusiast, often cheering on her favorite drivers with great enthusiasm.

She is preceded in death by her beloved sister Teresa Chappell, and parents Edward and Helen Chappell. Nadine's legacy of love and family endures through those she leaves behind—her cherished husband of 50 years, Terry Rogers; her children, Terry A. Rogers and Janet Rogers; and her treasured grandchildren, Michael Rogers, Dale Rogers, and William Robert. She also leaves behind her adored great-grandchild, Sky Alexandria Rogers, who brought immense joy to her life, and her beloved dog, Melvin who she loved. Nadine will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will continue to inspire through the memories shared by her family and friends.

Formal arrangements to honor the life of Nadine will begin with a Visitation being held from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in the viewing parlor of Nicholson Funeral Home, 135 E. Front Street Statesville, North Carolina 28677. A Graveside Service will then take place Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Iredell Memorial Gardens, 2304 Shelton Avenue, Statesville, North Carolina 28677.
