Pat Birch Ferretti, 90, of Davidson, passed away on March 1, 2026, at the Gordon Hospice House, following a period of declining health. Born on November 3, 1935, in Orange County, California, Pat brought joy and warmth to all who knew her throughout her life.
Pat’s career as a dental assistant was marked by her dedication to patient care and her ability to make others feel comfortable. She was known for her warm smile and gentle demeanor, which left a lasting impression on the many individuals she assisted over the years.
Beyond her professional life, Pat had a deep passion for family and friends. She greatly enjoyed watching the long-running soap opera "General Hospital" and cherished her ritual of savoring coffee every morning. With a sweet tooth for candy, chocolate, and all things sugary, she found joy in little pleasures. Pat loved spending time in the company of her friends and made lasting memories while attending her granddaughter Analise Griffiths' sporting events. She was always delighted to meet new people through these gatherings.
Animals held a special place in Pat's heart, and she took pride in the companionship of her beloved cats, Stanley and Frank. Their presence brought her much happiness and comfort throughout her life.
Pat was predeceased by her daughter, Leanne Ferretti Griffiths, and her “soul cat,” Bobbi, both of whom she missed dearly. She is survived by her granddaughter, Analise Griffiths, and her partner, Matt O'Donnell; as well as her cousin Jan, who was a wonderful companion to her during her life.
Pat Birch Ferretti will be remembered for her kind spirit, devotion to her family, and love for others. Her legacy of warmth, compassion, and friendship will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Services will be held at a later date.
