Rhonda Hoover

Rhonda was born in Iredell County on August 13, 1953 to the late Willis Small and Lillian Reid Small. Rhonda worked at the Record and Landmark for over 21 years. She held a special place in her heart for handicapped adults. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and enjoyed doting on her family. She loved animals and cherished her dogs, Willie and Riley.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Hoover, father, Willis Small, mother, Lillian Reid, sister, Patricia Williams and brother-in-law, Wayne Williams.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughters, April Tester (Eric) and Tonya Smith (Jonathan); brothers, Larry Small and Lanny Robins; grandchildren, Kayla Steele (Jonathan), Levi Steele (Julie), Michael White, Kayce Steele , Macie Carrol ( Seth); great grandchildren, Octavia Steele, Oziah Steele and Khaleesi Carrol; sisters -in-law, Patti McCarge and Shirley Hoover.
