Robert "Bob" Endres

Bob Endres passed away on April 14, 2024.

Bob grew up in New Jersey and joined the Navy in 1973. He received many letters of commendation while in the service . He traveled the world working in Australia and Korea. He later became a Naval Engineer . Bob was a avid Dallas Cowboys fan . He was also a history buff and could recite significate events about almost any aspect of history . He also enjoyed gardening. Bob also played the guitar and even wrote a song. He was a member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church and truly loved his church and his many friends there. He always had a pleasant word for everyone he met, laughed easily and was a joy to be around. He touched the hearts of all he met. Bob may be gone but he will never be forgotten. 

Bob is survived by his son, Jason Endres; daughter-in-law, Glynnis; four grandchildren; girlfriend, Gale Stober; brother, Sal Raia ; two sisters, Donna DiGilio and Rosemary Peal.

A memorial service will be held at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church in Statesville, North Carolina on Saturday , April 27, 2024 at 3PM.
