Ronda Kim Love

Ronda (Kim) Jenkins Love, 54, of Statesville, died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Iredell County on June 14, 1962, she was a beloved daughter of Robert Bristol Jenkins and Mildred Faye Grant Jenkins, both of whom survive. She was formerly a sales clerk at JR's and enjoyed fishing, camping and loved spending time with great nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of West Iredell High School and was a member of Northmont Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister Tina Cox of Statesville and a brother, Dale Jenkins of Stony Point. Also surviving are nieces, Megan and Brandi Cox and Great Nieces and Nephews: Riley Carrol, Braxton Coy, Ashlyn Slaughter, Kinsley Slaughter, Brentlee Cox, Zoiey Cox, Jessi Daniel, Waylon Daniel, and Rhemi Coulbourn. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:30 P.M. Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Northmont Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Boger officiating. She will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:30 Sunday prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
