Ruby Frances Bell Frazier, born on December 31, 1937, in Iredell County, North Carolina, peacefully passed away on September 18, 2026, in Statesville, North Carolina, at the age of 88.

Ruby was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to her family and her faith. She was a beloved member of the Mt. Sinai Evangelical Methodist Church Ladies Group, where she found joy and purpose in fellowship and service. Her deep faith was evident in her love for reading her Bible and attending church services. Ruby had a special gift for reaching out to others, often sending thoughtful cards to those in need of comfort or celebration.

Ruby lived a simple life, yet she touched the hearts of many. Those who knew her often referred to her as "the best woman I know," a testament to her kindness, humility, and unwavering spirit.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 30 years, Wayne Howell Frazier; her father, Wilford Fletch Bell; her mother, Mary Elizabeth Church Bell; her son, Timothy Wayne Frazier; her brothers, Ray Bell and Ralph Bell; and her sisters, Lucille Johnson, Dorothy Mitchell, Bettie Gatton, and Margaret Bell.

Ruby is survived by her loving daughter, Mary Anne Frazier; her brother, LW Bell and his wife Margaret; her sister, Carol Holdsclaw; and dear friends Kathleen Ellis and Cleo Martin.

A visitation will be held on September 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM, at Mt. Sinai Evangelical Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Howie McKinney. The committal will take place immediately following the funeral at the Mt. Sinai Evangelical Methodist Church Cemetery.

Ruby Frances Frazier will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her steadfast faith, and her unwavering love for her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of grace and compassion that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
