Shirley Ann Gilchrist

LEXINGTON Mrs. Shirley Ann Gilchrist, 70, of Lexington, NC passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Hospice of Davidson County. The daughter of the late Harold and Mildred Gilchrist, Shirley was last employed by Dollar General and was known to be willing to do anything for everybody. Everyone who met her loved her, and with time, she wound up being either your Mama or your Nana. Mrs. Gilchrist is survived by her daughter Tina Evans of Winston-Salem, 3 sonsDarrell Evans of Lexington, Phillip Evans of Archdale, and Scott Shores of Lexington, one sister Carol Chandler (Harry) of Mississippi, four grandchildren Britny, Dylan, and Mason Shores and Benjamin Wagner, and one great-grandchild.
