Steve David Chapman, 61 passed away at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center August 12, 2011. He is survived by his wife Carol, his mother Doris, his three daughter's Carla, Kelly, and Kacey (Burlie) Bost, and five grandsons Cody, Logan, Dawson, Zander, and Zayne. Visitation will take place from 3-4 followed by a memorial service at 4 on Monday August 15, 2011 at Calvary Community Church located at 334 North Oakland Avenue in Statesville.
