Tammy Lynette Smith

Tammy Lynette (Swink) Smith - 52, of Lexington, North Carolina passed unexpectedly Thursday, January 27, 2022, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was born August 4, 1969, in Rowan County, North Carolina to Delores Lane Boone and the late Bristol Ralph Swink. Tammy was preceded by her father, Bristol Ralph Swink, in 2014, her daughter, Caroline Petty, at birth, and her stepfather, Frank Johnson, in 2019. Left to cherish her memory are her son Scottie Barber (Derrick); daughters, Ashley Bostian and Shannon Archer (Billy); sister, Christina White; and 4 nieces. A Celebration of Life Service will be held by family at a later date. Condolences may be shared with family at Scottie's home.
