Tammy McDermott, 62, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and love that touched countless lives.

Tammy was a devoted daughter, family member, and friend who believed that everyone deserved kindness. She had a remarkable gift for making people feel welcome and valued, treating strangers as friends and friends as family. Whenever someone was in need, Tammy was among the first to offer a helping hand, a listening ear, or words of encouragement.

She found great joy in creating beautiful Diamond Dot artwork, a hobby that reflected her patience, creativity, and eye for detail. Tammy also had a deep appreciation for Native American art and culture, especially dream catchers, which she proudly collected over the years. She loved surrounding herself with meaningful pieces that brought beauty and inspiration into her home.

An avid gardener, Tammy cherished spending time tending her flowers and nurturing the small gardens she lovingly created. She found peace in nature and took pride in watching each season bring new life and color. She also enjoyed sharing a good bottle of wine with family and friends while engaging in thoughtful, heartfelt conversations that often lasted late into the evening. She generously volunteered her time helping organize events that supported neighbors and friends during difficult times. Her caring spirit and willingness to help others made a lasting difference in the lives of many.

Above all else, Tammy's greatest joy was her family. She loved them deeply and unconditionally, and her warmth, generosity, and unwavering support will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Though Tammy's physical presence is no longer with us, her kindness, laughter, generosity, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
