He was born on December 16, 1963, to the late Walter Thomas Moore, Sr. and Irene Thompson Moore. He is survived by 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Services for Mr. Moore will be held Friday, September 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel.
