Wayne Frederick Ruffner

Wayne Frederick Ruffner, 63, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024. 

Mr. Ruffner was born in Winchester Virginia on March 10, 1960 to the late Owen Osborne Ruffner and Alice Ruffner. He was a beloved Father and friend . He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and his “grand-dogs” as he called them. Wayne was a skilled welder and  and true car enthusiast at heart. Wayne will be remembered for the warmth and kindness he extended to everyone he met. He was always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed.

He is preceded in death by his parents. 

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Paige Ruffner.  

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
