Cecelia “Cindy” Grace Givens Bullin Wehrle, age 56, of Statesville passed away August 21, 2020 at her home. She was born April 22, 1964 in Iredell County, North Carolina the daughter of the late Robert Aaron Givens and Wilma White Givens. Cindy was a an animal lover, outgoing and kind. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Matthew Bullin; grandchildren, Braiden Bullin and Shalynn Bullin; brother, Timothy Givens; and numerous other loving family and friends.
